By Koji Lisboa is one of the four restaurants of the famous Chef Koji Yokomizo. It was in 2021 that the acclaimed Chef Koji, known on the other side of the Atlantic for mastering Japanese cuisine and having the ability to extract the best cuts of fish, decided to open a restaurant in Portugal.
The best of traditional Japanese cuisine was born first in São Paulo (Brazil), with the opening of two spaces that have been and continue to be a success there. This year, the 4th restaurant of the group was opened in Vila Nova de Conceição, São Paulo (Brazil).
